International Shipping Information

These are only estimates based on past experience.

Duties and Taxes Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Any charges (Fees, Duties or VAT) are always the recipient’s responsibility.

Importation You are also responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Holotropics, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Delays in Shipping: Due to heightened security, delays in international shipping has become more common. Customs clearance has taken up to 4-6 weeks in some cases. This is in addition to the estimated shipping times given. We are currently working with the US Post Office to move the mail as quickly as possible but foreign custom clearance is out of our control.

We can not replace or refund International Orders that don’t arrive: While nearly all international orders reach their destination, there have been a few instances when orders go missing. International orders are shipped by US Postal Service International Priority Mail, which does not supply tracking numbers. If you want to track your package and pay the additional for tracking, let us know. Otherwise, you are ordering at your own risk.
