Corporate Retreats & Organizational Experiences

New Perspectives. Deeper Connections. Room for Discovery.

An invitation to step outside the familiar…

The Institute for Holotropics offers customized retreats for companies, nonprofits, and other organizations interested in bringing a different kind of experience to their teams.

Our retreats offer an opportunity to slow down, explore new perspectives, and connect with ourselves and one another in ways that may not be possible in the everyday work world.

Drawing on more than 35 years of experience in Holotropic Breathwork® and experiential learning, we bring experienced facilitators and thoughtfully designed programs to the location of your choice.

Retreats Designed for Your Group

Every organization is different, and so is every group of people. We work with you to develop a program that reflects your interests, your values, the time you have available, and the kind of experience you would like to offer.

We offer two approaches, which can be adapted to your group’s needs: Experiential Retreats and Holotropic Breathwork® retreats.

Experiential Retreats

Our experiential retreats draw on the holotropic perspective and our many years of working with groups.

This perspective recognizes that we have access to inner resources for insight, creativity, and transformation that extend far beyond our usual ways of thinking. It invites us to trust the movement toward wholeness that comes from within, and to remain open to the unexpected, sometimes mysterious ways it unfolds.

One of the most valuable aspects of this work is learning to trust another person’s process as well as our own. Through experiences such as movement to music, SoulCollage®, and tools such as the Awareness Positioning System, participants explore their own inner experience and what it’s like to support or witness someone else’s.

We may discover what happens when we allow another person’s experience to unfold without assuming we know what they need. We may also become more aware of how our own histories, assumptions, and habitual responses influence our relationships.

Programs are developed around the interests of your group and can range from a half-day experience to a multi-day retreat.

Holotropic Breathwork® Retreats

For organizations interested in a deeper experiential program, we also offer retreats incorporating Holotropic Breathwork®.

Developed by Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof, Holotropic Breathwork® uses accelerated breathing, evocative music, and a supportive setting to facilitate expanded states of consciousness.

Each person’s experience is unique. Participants may encounter emotions, memories, physical sensations, images, or unexpected insights. The process invites us to trust what emerges from within and to explore its meaning in our own lives.

Our retreats include preparation, breathwork sessions, creative expression, and time for integration. Sessions are led by certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitators, with attention to the needs and readiness of each participant. Participation is voluntary and includes individual screening and preparation.

The Experience We Bring

The Institute for Holotropics carries forward the work developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, the founders of Holotropic Breathwork®.

For decades, our teachers and facilitators have worked with people from many backgrounds, creating environments that support self-exploration, creativity, and personal transformation.

We bring this experience to organizations interested in offering their people an opportunity to explore beyond the familiar.

Our facilitators travel to your chosen location, and programs are developed in conversation with you.
