Ariadne Patsiopoulos (module facilitator) discovered Holotropic Breathwork® through a series of synchronicities in 2017. After her first workshop, she experienced a profound sense of homecoming that continues to inform her engagement with the work. She remains deeply moved by the transformative potential of breathwork for both participants and facilitators.
Over the past three decades, Ariadne has worked with people across the lifespan in community and post-secondary settings, in roles including facilitator, counsellor, instructor, social service worker, and editor. She brings this breadth of experience, along with a deep respect for the complexity of human experience, to her breathwork practice.
Ariadne believes the holotropic paradigm offers valuable perspectives and practices for meeting the liminal and often challenging circumstances of our times with resilience, compassion, and openness to transformation.
Ariadne divides her time between British Columbia and Ontario, Canada.
