REGISTRATION & COST

Open to anyone interested. Previous experience with Holotropic Breathwork® is not necessary.

Each participant will have two sessions of Holotropic Breathwork® as an experiencer, or “breather,” and two sessions as a partner, or “sitter,” as well as valuable time for group sharing and integration. In addition to the breathwork sessions and the topic explored in the module, the program may include art, music, movement, and film.

One of the most fascinating aspects of Holotropic Breathwork® is the way experiences can take us beyond our personal history and into what Stan Grof called the transpersonal realm.

During this six-day module, we’ll explore some of the many ways this realm can appear in expanded states of consciousness. We’ll look at archetypes and the collective unconscious, mythology and dreams, the Hero’s Journey, shamanic journeying, and themes of death and rebirth.

The transpersonal realm also brings experiences that challenge our ordinary ideas about consciousness, time, and reality, including out-of-body experiences, past-life and ancestral experiences, paranormal phenomena, alien encounters, and more.

We’ll draw from Jungian psychology, mythology, shamanic traditions, and Buddhist and Vedic cosmologies as different perspectives from which to understand these experiences.

As always, the real exploration happens through our own inner journeys. Holotropic Breathwork®, music, art, experiential exercises, and integration will give participants an opportunity to enter these realms for themselves and discover what meaning their encounters within may hold.
